The Republic of Serbia, represented by its Embassy in Canberra, Australia, has secured a property at the address: 6 Beale Crescent, Block 14, Section 67, Deakin, 2600 ACT, - owned by the Republic of Serbia on the basis of a long-term lease agreement (“Crown Lease”) signed with the National Capital Authority (NCA).

After the development of the project, the Embassy has acquired the documentation necessary for construction approval and all necessary permits from the National Capital Authority (NCA). On 30 April 2023, the formal conditions for the Embassy to start the process of selecting a contractor, i.e. starting the construction of the diplomatic complex of the Republic of Serbia in Canberra, have been fulfilled.

The Embassy of the Republic of Serbia by this invitation is starting the process of procurement of high value works to build the new Diplomatic Complex of the Republic of Serbia in Canberra – Phase I and invites all interested companies to submit an offer to provide Building Services based on the Main Building Project, Technical Specification of works and Tender Documentation.

In order for the Bidder to obtain required documentation for participation in the procurement process, we kindly ask you to sign and stamp the Statement on data confidentiality and return it to the email address of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Canberra: office.canberra@mfa.rs
