On this three-hour long meeting in the chambers of Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Canberra, people who attended were:
- Ms Sandra Cosic – national manager of sales “Marco Polo Foods Pty. Ltd” ( Sydney, Melbourne);
- Mr Ognjen Stevanovic – sales manager “Ras Tade Pty. Ltd” Melbourne;
- Mr Fadil Kulic, owner, and Mrs Zorica Kulic, associate – “Makaus TFK Trading”, Melbourne;
- Mr Zoran Golub, owner, and Mr Srdjan Predic, associate - “Golub grocery”, Sydney.
Out of all invited companies, only one representative was not attending due to objective reasons, representative from “Centro Trade Pty Ltd”, Melbourne
During the second part of the meeting, as requested by the invitation from the Ambassador, attended: Ambassador of BiH H.E. Mr Bakir Sadovic, Ambassador of Macedonia H.E. Mr Vele Trpevski and Charge D'Affaires of Croatia Mr Dinko Colak. Main motive of this part of the meeting was two-sided: from one side, all the companies that dealt with imported goods from Serbia for Australian market are simultaneously cooperating with manufacturers from Macedonia, BiH and Croatia, or use the service of logistics; therefore there is a clear mutual interest present whose sole purpose is to adequately follow and monitor each and every step, whilst on the side, there is also evidence of joint readiness for cooperation and appropriate regional appearance on the Australian market which enables all participants to benefit from.
